Through our work with I-Corps, we learned something that stuck with us: 7 out of 10 kids and 7 out of 10 adults deal with occasional digestive discomfort. That's a lot of people, and a lot of little bellies, feeling not quite right. We didn't think that was something to just live with.

Movin' and Groovin' was our answer. Organic mango, blueberries, and cherries bring natural sweetness and antioxidants, while organic prunes, a fruit long known for supporting digestive regularity, round out the blend. Each and every cube is made with certified organic ingredients and nothing else.  There is no added sugar or preservatives.  Each cube contains less than 15 calories!

The cubes are blended, frozen, and then freeze-dried.

There are several ways that you can eat the cubes.  My daughter loves to just crunch on them, as is.  You can also crumble them up, add water, and make a drink.  Another way to enjoy these crunchy treats is to crumble them over yogurt, or ice cream!
