The cubes are blended, frozen, and then freeze-dried.

There are several ways that you can eat the cubes.  My daughter loves to just crunch on them, as is.  You can also crumble them up, add water, and make a drink.  Another way to enjoy these crunchy treats is to crumble them over yogurt, or ice cream!
